SMS Terms & Conditions
Trans-System International, Company (TSI) operates a transactional SMS program for customers who provide their mobile number. By providing your number, you agree to these terms.
Program Description
TSI sends transactional text messages only. Message types include:
- Order and payment confirmations
- Shipping and delivery notifications
- NICS and FFL transfer status updates
- Account security alerts (password resets, suspicious-login warnings)
- Service outage notifications and customer-service follow-ups
We do not send promotional, marketing, or solicitation messages.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. TSI does not charge for the messages themselves, but your wireless carrier may apply standard SMS or data rates per your plan. Check with your carrier if you are unsure.
How to Opt Out
You may stop messages at any time. Reply STOP to any message you receive from us, and you will be unsubscribed. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts.
If you change your mind, reply START to resume messages, or contact Customer Care (below).
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your account activity. Most accounts receive fewer than 5 messages per month. Recurring messages are sent only when triggered by an order, shipment, account event, or service notification — not on a fixed schedule.
