This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use our website at trans-sysintl.com or engage our services, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the website or services, you consent to the practices described below.

1.1 Information You Provide
- Contact information — name, email, phone, company, and message content when you submit a contact form, request a quote, or otherwise reach out.
- Business-engagement information — billing address, project requirements, signed agreements, and payment details collected through our payment processor (we do not store full payment card data on our systems).
- FFL transactional information — if you transact in firearms-related products, we collect the information required by federal law (ATF Form 4473 and related records).
- SMS opt-in — phone number and consent record if you opt into our SMS program (see our SMS Disclosure).
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Log data — IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL, pages visited, and timestamps.
- Cookies and similar technologies — used to keep you signed in to portal areas, remember your preferences, and improve the site. You can disable cookies in your browser; some features may not work without them.
- Aggregate analytics — anonymized site-usage statistics to understand traffic.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your inquiries and provide quotes.
- To deliver, support, and improve our consulting, software, railroad technology, and FFL manufacturing & transfer services.
- To process payments and fulfill contractual obligations.
- To comply with legal and regulatory obligations (ATF, ITAR, EAR, tax, accounting).
- To detect, prevent, and respond to fraud and security incidents.
- To send transactional notifications and, with your consent, occasional marketing communications.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in the following circumstances:
- Service providers — vendors who help us operate the business, including hosting providers, FastBound (electronic bound book), FluidPay (payment processing), Flowroute (SMS), Microsoft 365 (email), and Odoo (business platform). These vendors are contractually required to use your data only to provide their service to us.
- Law-enforcement and regulators — when required by subpoena, warrant, or other lawful process, including without limitation ATF, FBI/NICS, and DDTC.
- Successors — in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred subject to this Policy.
4. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described above and to comply with our legal obligations. ATF Form 4473 records and bound-book entries are retained for the periods required by federal regulation. Financial and tax records are retained for at least seven (7) years. Contact-form submissions and general business inquiries are retained for up to three (3) years unless deletion is requested.
5. Your Rights (Texas Residents)
Subject to the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act and other applicable laws, Texas residents may have the right to:
- Confirm whether we process your personal data and request access to it.
- Correct inaccurate personal data we hold about you.
- Request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal-retention requirements (ATF / tax / etc.).
- Opt out of targeted advertising (we do not engage in targeted advertising at this time).
- Opt out of the sale of personal data (we do not sell personal data).
To exercise any of these rights, email info@trans-sysintl.com with the subject "Privacy Request" and identify yourself sufficiently for us to verify the request. We will respond within forty-five (45) days.
6. Data Security
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, role-based authentication, audit logging, and segregated production environments. No method of internet transmission is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Children's Privacy
Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Firearms-related transactions are restricted to persons 21 or older. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Third-Party Links
Our website may link to third-party sites we do not control. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. Review their privacy policies before providing them with personal data.
9. International Data Transfers
Our services are intended for use within the United States. If you access the website from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, processed, and stored in the United States. By using the website, you consent to that transfer.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be highlighted on this page. Continued use of the website after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
