Safe Check-In — SMS Privacy Policy

Scope. This policy covers the SMS safety-alert messages sent by the Safe Check-In service operated by Trans-System International Company.

Information collected. The mobile phone numbers of the account owner's designated emergency contacts, provided with their consent.

Use. Phone numbers are used solely to deliver Safe Check-In safety-alert text messages. They are not used for marketing.

Sharing. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Numbers are shared only with our SMS provider strictly to transmit the messages.

Opt-out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving alerts.

Retention. Numbers are kept only while the person remains a designated emergency contact and are removed on opt-out or request.
