What We Do
- Microsoft 365 & Google Workspace — license-tier optimization, tenant hardening, conditional access, retention policies, mobile-device management, real migration paths between platforms when the business case justifies a move.
- Public cloud (Azure / AWS) — workload assessment, lift-and-shift vs. re-platform decisions, identity federation, network design, cost-tag taxonomy.
- Hybrid cloud — on-prem ↔ cloud connectivity (VPN, ExpressRoute, Direct Connect), identity bridging, hybrid backup design.
- Migration execution — pre-migration assessment, pilot waves, communication plan, post-migration optimization. We do these as projects with defined deliverables, not "we'll figure it out as we go."
- Cost optimization — reserved-instance modeling, savings-plan analysis, oversize-rightsize cycles, lifecycle policies on storage tiers.
What We Don't Do
